  • What should I expect when I arrive?

    Upon arrival you will be greeted by our friendly customer service associates. After purchasing your desired wash package all you need to do is put your vehicle in neutral, take your foot off the brake, hands off the steering wheel, and relax! Our automated equipment will do the rest.


    We clean the vehicle exterior with non-pourous , gentle touch brush material and industry leading chemical solutions. Your vehicle will be washed, polished, and rinsed top to bottom! Then your car will be dried with our high-powered air-drying system and buff-n-dry process (on certain packages). After exiting the wash tunnel we have 24 self-service bays coupled with high powered 40-horsepower vacuums and compressed air, all of which are included free of charge!

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Eco Express is a cashless business that accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

  • Will my vehicle fit?

    Most likely, yes! If you ever have any questions, please feel free to come by any of our locations and we’ll be happy to check your vehicle for problem areas.


    Here is a list of vehicles that may not be able to enter our tunnel:


    • Vehicles that sit 4.5″ or lower to the ground
    • Vehicles with tires wider than 13″
    • Vehicles taller than 84″
    • Trucks with dual-rear tires
    • Vehicles with permanently affixed tri-pod style mirrors
    • Ford Raptors, Dodge TRX's, and Hummer H1's
    • Open-bed pickup trucks with a fuel tank that has a fill nozzle and hose attached
    • Open bed pickup trucks with debris, tools, straps, rope, or any other loose materials
    • Some 1965-69 General Motor vehicles with large fins and wrap-around bumpers
    • Trucks/vans with ladders
    • Vehicles with large ladder racks
    • Vehicles with “rocket boxes” on top

    Here is a list of things that Eco Express is not liable for:


    • Loose emblems, molding, and other items on the vehicle
    • Cracked windshields
    • Very low-profile tires
    • Pre-existing damage, known or unknown (e.g. body damage, paint damage, etc.)
    • Bug shields or guards of any kind
    • Running boards and steps
    • Poor paint quality or paint and body damage on a vehicle that may worsen
    • License plates/frames that are not securely attached
    • Any non-factory/aftermarket items
    • Large format or off-road tires
    • Manufacturer defects
    • Vehicles 7 years or older or over 100,000 miles
  • Do you offer unlimited memberships?

    Yes, we do! An unlimited membership plan can be purchased on site which allows you to utilize our car wash once per day for as many days as you wish. 

  • How do I sign up for an unlimited membership?

    Hop in line at our Temecula location and once you arrive at our pay booth we will go over the membership details with you. If everything is agreeable we will process your payment method and apply an RFID sticker to your vehicle. Now you are offically an Eco Express Car Wash member!

  • How do I cancel my unlimited membership?

    You may cancel your Unlimited membership at any time. To cancel your membership please call us at (951) 303-2339 or email us at [email protected] 7 days before your renewal date. Please include the following information: first and last name on the account, the fastpass number located on your RFID sticker, and the reason for canceling. We will process your cancellation as soon as possible!

  • What happens if my car isn’t cleaned to my satisfaction?

    Don’t worry! We strive to make our customers happy. If for whatever reason you’re dissatisfied with your wash, we’ll be more than happy to rewash your vehicle or refund you the cost of your wash. Simply present your receipt to any of our staff, and we’ll do everything we can to make your experience better.

  • Can I clean the inside of my vehicle?

    Absolutely! After exiting the wash tunnel please feel free to park in any of the open self-service bays to utilize our free vacuums and compressed air blowers. Towels and dash wipes are available as well for an extra clean shine!

  • What makes Eco Express Car Wash eco friendly?

    Our car cleaning chemicals are manufactured by Smart Solutions, an industry leading chemistry distributor that specializes in bio-degradable, enviormentally friendly products. We also recycle our water which prevents waste from entering the enviornment.

  • How do you save water?

    We reclaim it! Our state-of-the-art reclaim system captures run-off water, filters and purifies it, then sends that clean water to be reused in our tunnel.  Our computer-controlled system is calibrated to use under 35 gallons of fresh water so no drop is wasted.
